Occulto is available now in Early Access — the adventure begins today

Not yet ready to fully dive in? You can experience the FREE demo first!

Occulto is an indie adventure game crafted entirely by hand — a world told through intricate illustrations, ambient sounds, and environmental puzzles, with no dialogue to guide you.

You play as Eliot, a young apprentice of magic, who arrives one morning for his lesson only to find his teacher has vanished without a trace. What begins as a search through a quiet village quickly spirals into a deeper mystery spanning ancient monasteries, hidden sanctuaries, and exotic distant cities.

Someone else is searching too — a shadowy Presence seeking a book of immense power. The clock is ticking, and Eliot must solve the riddles left behind before it is too late.

The Vision Behind Occulto

There are many great point-and-click games out there. Here is what gives Occulto its own identity.

  • The world is painted in an old-fashioned style with oils, canvas, and pencils, then brought to life in digital form.
  • The gameplay is fully non-verbal, designed to stimulate logic, lateral thinking, and problem-solving.
  • The riddles are custom-built for Occulto, with puzzle ideas made specifically for this game.

For a deeper look at the puzzle philosophy behind the game, this video showcases some of the unique riddles we are designing.
